What Personal Data Do We Process?
The personal data we process primarily includes your identification, transactional, financial, demographic, location, or other personal data collected directly from you or from other sources when you become our customer, register an account on our website, place an order on our site bloomilu.ro, or use our services.
How Do We Process Your Personal Data?
We process personal data only for legitimate purposes, such as delivering the products available on our website correctly.
Processing of personal data is always based either on the execution of contracts concluded with us, the need to comply with a legal obligation, our legitimate interest or a significant public interest, or, if applicable, your consent if you have expressed your choice in this regard.
How Can You Manage Your Data?
Bloomilu customers can view and manage their personal data from the bloomilu.ro website under the “My Account” section.
If you wish to modify data that cannot be changed from your account or request the complete deletion of your data, you can send us a request to info@bloomilu.ro.
Do We Share Personal Data with Third Parties?
To provide you with competitive services, fulfill our legal obligations, or for other legitimate purposes, we may transmit your personal data to public authorities, judicial bodies, third-party contractors to whom we have outsourced certain services, and other categories of recipients, whether within Romania or outside of it or the European Union/European Economic Area. How Long Do We Process Personal Data?
Your personal data is processed throughout the duration of our contractual relationship and, after its termination, for at least the period required by applicable legal provisions in the field, including but not limited to, provisions regarding archiving.

- Right to Information – This means you need to know if your personal data is being processed; what data is collected, from where it is obtained, and by whom and for what purposes it is processed.
- Right to Access – This means you have the right to access data collected from/about you. This includes your right to request and obtain a copy of your collected personal data.
- Right to Rectification – This means you have the right to request the rectification or deletion of your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to Erasure – This means that under certain circumstances, you can request that your personal data be deleted from our records.
- Right to Restrict Processing – This means that under certain conditions, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
- Right to Object to Processing – This means that in certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, for example, in the case of direct marketing.
- Right to Object to Automated Processing – This means you have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling; and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. You can exercise this right whenever profiling results in legal effects that significantly affect you.
- Right to Data Portability – You have the right to obtain your personal data in a format that is machine-readable or, if possible, as a direct transfer from one processor to another.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint – If we refuse your request based on Access Rights, we will provide you with a reason for the refusal. If you are not satisfied with how your request has been handled, please contact us.
- Right to Assistance from the Supervisory Authority – This means you have the right to seek assistance from a supervisory authority and the right to other remedies.
- Right to Withdraw Consent – You have the right to withdraw any consent given for the processing of your personal data.
